Each product undergoes rigorous quality checks before being securely packed in either plastic zip lock/pouches or butter paper. To provide the utmost protection during delivery, multiple layers of bubble wrap are added. Your jewellery will arrive safely in a Mandara Jewels Box.

SHIPPING

Once your ordered product is securely packaged, we will entrust its delivery to one of our reliable shipping partners, such as Blue-dart, Delivery, and E-com Express.

This ensures that your jewellery is delivered to you securely and within the specified timeframe. For international orders, we rely on the trusted services. Additionally, please be aware that if you suspect any tampering with the package before delivery, you have the option to reject it at the time of delivery.

DELIVERY TIME

Typically, domestic orders are delivered within 5-10 days, while international orders may take
approximately 7-20 working days. Please note that the specific time and date of delivery may vary depending on the location.
