All services are exclusively conducted at the head office, requiring approximately 30 days to complete.

Service costs are determined by the applicable warranty conditions, with charges communicated to customers prior to payment.

⁠The service process commences only upon customer consent, with a mandatory bill and warranty paper required.

⁠Customer grievances are handled withcare under head office supervision.

⁠Mandara offers service solely for products purchased from
its own showrooms or website.

Procedure for Service:

For service assistance, customers should send the product to the Mandara Headquarters
at Edaiyarpalayam, Coimbatore-TN using a postal service of their preference.

  Clearly communicate the issue to the sales executive.

Payments can be made at the showroom during product collection.

⁠One free service is available within three years of purchase, thereafter
chargeable.
